International Federation of Journalists Demanded the Release of Nazanin Khosravani


In a letter to the Head of the Judiciary Sadegh Larijani and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) has demanded the immediate release of Nazanin Khosravani.

RAHANA: In this letter which has been signed by the Chair of the International Federation of Journalists Gender Council Mindy Ran, the IFJ expresses concern as to Khosaravni’s condition since her charges have not been announced since her arrest.

The letter also mentions that IFJ is concerned since Khosravani has been banned from prison visits and requests that the authorities explain the reason for such mistreatments.

At the end of the letter, Mindy Ran has stated that the Federation is worried about Khosravani’s health due to the long time she has been held in detention and demands her unconditional release since no charges have been brought against her.
